Our Company
Based in Fairfield County, Sherbrooke Construction & Management, LLC specializes in building Custom Homes, Land Development, Additions and Renovations of all sizes. Our Team has over 40 years of experience together and we have built our reputation on our intense attention to detail, reliability and superior craftsmanship. We work hard at achieving our goal of satisfying each and everyone of our clients. We strive at exceeding expectations and take great pride in all of our projects. We work very closely with all of our clients to establish a partnership and work within our client’s budget and timeline. We work well as a team with all the architects, engineers, subcontractors, building departments and landscape designers to assure all of our client’s needs are met. Our dedicated team of professionals and our willingness to go the extra mile gives our client’s the end result they deserve.
Company Founders
Our Team consists of three partners. Acting as Vice President of Operations, Glenn Blanchette has over 20 years of first hand experience in all facets of construction, both on the residential and commercial end. Glenn started his own company over 20 years ago, contracting drywall, taping, framing, interior and exterior carpentry, steel stud framing and acoustical drop ceilings. In running his own company, Glenn learned first hand all the components needed to become successful. Glenn brought all his expertise and construction knowledge to our company and joined our team over 14 years ago and has been a valuable asset to our company ever since.
Joanne Blanchette, Partner, learned the family business by working part time in construction over the past 18 years. She learned her management skills by working along side the family business and learned her creative talents from working closely first hand with clients in many different businesses along the way. Joanne’s expertise in budgeting and timely scheduling of subcontractors have earned her respect in the business as consistently having all our projects meeting their deadlines along with staying within projected budgets. Joanne has created a strong foundation for our philosophy in satisfying all of our clients.
Julie Rodrigue, Partner, started working in the family business prior to going off on her own. She worked during all her school breaks and summer vacations learning every aspect of the construction business. During college, she continued learning her business skills by concentrating on Business Management and Accounting. Julie’s skills in working with clients, architects, engineers, attorneys, building officials and lenders help bring the entire building experience together to achieve success. Julie prides herself on her work ethics, a passion for excellence and a commitment to getting the job done correctly. All of these attributes have earned her an incredible reputation amongst her colleagues.
